What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept debit/credit card, e-check, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal and Venmo. We do not accept personal checks, but routing and checking information can be provided online for payment. We also are partnered with Affirm. Please contact our office to learn more.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We accept payment plans. Payment plans differ depending on case type and initial retainer fee paid. Please contact our office for more information.

My case is in Michigan, but not in one of the areas that you have a location. Can you represent me?

Yes! We accept criminal cases throughout Michigan. Please contact our office for assistance.

My case is outside of Michigan. Can you represent me?

Legal Eagle Lee, PLLC only accepts cases in Michigan.

My child has been charged with a crime in juvenile court. Can you represent them?

Yes! We accept juvenile cases.

I have been convicted and sentenced. I would like to appeal my conviction or withdraw my plea. Can you assist me?

Legal Eagle Lee, PLLC works on open criminal cases, traffic tickets, and expungements/gun restoration. We do not do criminal appeals. If you were defaulted or found responsible for a traffic citation within the past month, we may be able to assist.

Do you represent clients pro bono?

Unfortunately, no. However, we are determined to be affordable. Please contact our office for payment options. We have several different options, and are typically able to form a payment plan that most people can afford.
